National Pi Day

March 14 is National Pi Day -- that's pi as in the mathematical constant, 3.14. Hence the date 3/14/17.
So if you multiply the diameter of a circle by 3.14 that will equal the circumference of the circle. A very useful equation.
The reason I bring this up here is ... pi day is a great day to celebrate with pie! Of course we can supply the pie pans.
